Kilimanjaro is proud of our team of gunsmiths and stock makers who are selected not just for their extraordinary skills, but their attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and understanding that crafting of Kilimanjaro quality rifles is more than a feat of engineering, machining or carving, but an art form. Obsessive, compulsive perfectionism is a trait we prize. We are pleased to be able to attract the best talent because we offer the opportunity to create rifles of exceptional quality without the constraints, compromises, quotas and limitations of a mass-production or semi-custom process.

While each of our gunsmiths and stock makers is fully capable of creating exceptional rifles, all of their work is performed under the coordination, oversight and quality assurance of our Master Gunsmith, Gene Gordner, to ensure all of Kilimanjaro's exacting standards are met. The work of each is also subject to the testing and quality assurance of our independent tester, a gunsmith of talent in his own right in addition to his bench-rest shooting and load development skills. This collective effort towards excellence is what Kilimanjaro is all about.
